Set Up

Register your sports organisation on GoLeague. Your organisation is the top-level entity that owns leagues, clubs, and competitions.

Create clubs within your organisation. Add teams to each club. Invite members using shareable links — they sign in and join instantly.

Add playing grounds with addresses, GPS coordinates, and availability calendars. Mark unavailable dates so the scheduler never double-books.

Use a league template to set up your competition. Add divisions and groups to structure your fixture format.

Teams submit join requests. You review and approve them. Optional: require a signed participation agreement before registering.

Run the automatic schedule generator. It produces a conflict-free fixture list across all groups, respecting all venue and team constraints.

Assigned scorers record results from the mobile app — including ball-by-ball cricket scoring with live scorecards.

Points, NRR, and bonus points update the moment a result is recorded. No manual table management needed.

Issue invoices to clubs from templates. Track payment status in real time. Apply manual point adjustments if needed.

When all matches are played, the final standings are available. Recalculate at any point if a correction is needed.

Completed leagues are archived automatically, preserving the historical record for reference.
