By using Goleague, you agree to these Terms.

2. SaaS Service

Goleague is provided as a Software as a Service. No ownership rights are transferred.

3. Free & Paid Services

Free Services

• Organization management
• Club management
• League management
• Ground information

Paid Services

• Schedule generation
• Player pages
• Club pages
• Premium features

4. Subscriptions (Apple-Friendly)

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time
• Cancellation applies at the end of the billing period
• No refunds for unused time unless required by law

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Goleague does not store payment details.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for all data and actions under their account.

7. Data Deletion

Users can delete their account, organizations, and clubs directly in-app.

8. Availability

Service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Austria and the European Union.
